
Trainees in a past event attending to a car engine problem. We work with live customer cars. We don't do dummies since our focus is to give our trainees a direct experience with customer vehicles. This also exposes trainees to client handling techniques, which include client interrogation to establish among other things:
- The historicity of the problem
- The behavior of the car
- Any previous attempt to resolve the problem
Our trainees also get to learn the customer care issues.
